The District Style Guide and Graphic Standards

DCCCD has published a comprehensive guide to manage the design and structure of all external publications developed by the campuses. The Style Guide applies to all mass communications, including brochures, fliers, advertisements, posters, catalog and schedule covers, and web pages.

Cedar Valley’s visual identity in college publications such as webpages, brochures, print advertising and stationery is a direct result of consistent use of these graphic standards. Having a set of design standards also makes the production of new materials easier, faster, and less costly. All marketing communications are required to come through the Marketing & Public Information office for review and approval.
